Yoghurt flavoured with garlic and cumin recipe


Recipe ingredients

1 pint plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon salt
1 small clove garlic
1/2 to 1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 teaspoon whole cumin
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
Pinch turmeric

How to make yoghurt flavoured with garlic and cumin

Put the yoghurt and salt into a bowl and beat with a fork until smooth and creamy.
Crush the garlic using a garlic press or chop very finely.
Add yoghurt together with the remaining ingredients and mix.
Serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator until required.
