Why is my curry sauce always gritty – Using Green Curry Powder?
When I make curry sauce, I use a standard green curry powder, and usually mix it with coconut milk. It tends to come out gritty every time, like the curry powder hasn’t dissolved fully. I have even tried blending it in a blender, to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

do you cook it slighly before adding liquid? kind of like you cook flour and butter first when making a roux. try that first before adding coconut milk
