season with salt black pepper and curry powder freshly cut escallions , garlic,onions and a little thyme.
Rub all seasoning onto chicken , and allow to marinate for at least 30mins
If you’re using canned curry it already has plenty of seasoning in it. You could add more fresh garlic, coconut milk, and Thai basil.
