what veggies/fruit do you put in your vegetable curry?
I generally make chicken curry, but am going to make a vegetarian one this time. But I want to bulk it up with a few more vegetables and/or fruits. Usually I use bell peppers, onions and pineapple. Any other vegetable suggestions? I’m not sure what will taste good in a curry. Thanks!!!!!

My mum would put tomatoes, onions, spinach, bell peppers, cauliflower, cabbage, radish, gerkins, gourd, carrots, peas, beans… and almost anything she could get her hands on, and it would turn out delicious. The trick is in the curry part of it, not in the veggies. So, mix and match and experiment.
But don’t try something like cucumbers in the curry!
Add potatoes as well. But boil them first.
You can add potato or any kind of the tuber family.tomatoes are a very good option.
try and get soy chunks from the store near you-it is the best form of wholsome meal.bon appitite!!!
