What kind of curry paste should I use in chicken laska soup?
I have Thai red and green. Recipe calls for mild, hoping I can use one of those successfully instead of going shopping!

personly I would use green.
If it is to spicy you can add coconut milk , cream or milk.
check for your self after ading the curry paste.
Laksa is made with yellow curry paste but red would work best out of the two you have. Green curry is too fragrant for Laksa.
You could add some turmeric powder to your red paste to give it more of a laksa flavour.
