What is the name of a thai dip for curry puff?
I was in Rhong Thiam in the Village in NYC and I had these amazing curry puffs which had a special dip. I have searched online what it might be I have come across pickled cucumber, ajad. I want a recipe so I can make it. Has anyone ever been there? Know the recipe? Or atleast the name of type of dip?
OR a website that lists all types of Thai cuisine dips?

Not sure what sauce are you referring to – sweet chili sauce or peanut sauce. But if you asked San Jose Guy, he might know. He will only eat Thai food and not Chinese.
Ingredients for Cucumber Relish
125 ml rice vinegar, or white vinegar
115 gram sugar
1/2 cucumber, finely sliced
2 shallots, peeled and finely sliced
1 large red chilli, seeded and finely sliced
coriander sprigs, to garnish
lime wedges, to garnish
Cucumber Relish Preparations :
1. Place the vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan over a medium heat, and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Remove from the heat and cool. Pour into a bowl, add the cucumber, shallots or onion and chilli and stir to combine.
