What is – sachet red/green curry paste and green/red capsicum?
Hi, I’m trying to do some Thai cooking and have all the sauces etc, and this Green Chicken Thai recipe calls for sachet curry paste, and what are capsicum?? Can I get these at the grocery store?

capsicum is what regular folk call peppers, like those green and red bell peppers, the big ones where you take out the white flesh and the seeds from inside. cachet curry paste I think refers to an amount of curry paste, you should be able to find peppers for sure, and most likely curry paste as well, but it might come in a jar or something. I’m sure that you could buy curry powder if you had to and sort of mix up some curry paste.
