I believe it’s called a magmaloo and is cooked in newcastle, I heard it on the radio one time.
is it the bollywood burn or burning or burner or something like that?
I remember reading about it in the papers in july if i’m not mistaken
Phall and I have had it when in the UK it has 12 different peppers in it including the dreaded Naga Jolokia, Hot Vindaloo and Tindaloo come a close second all Naga’s would be unconsumable the heat would kill you, the chef at the place I had the “Phall” had to don a mask to cook the dish or he would have been overcome by the fumes coming from the pan, the place was acrid with the smell.
Whats the point of makig a curry if you can’t eat it?
