Using soup noodles in curry vermicelli?
I wan to curry vermicelli at home, and I can’t find the rice vermicelli noodles anywhere, can I use soup noodles instead?
If I can’t, do you have a suggestion for something else I could use?

Yes you can use whatever noodle you can find. The difference is you’ll just be replacing a rice based noodle for a wheat based noodle, no harm. Udon would be my choice.
