Thai green curry with shrimp over or with noodles?
Does that sound okay? I normally serve it with white rice, but have had rice 3 times this week and want something different. What type of noodles would be good? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds okay to me. If you want to get away from the starches you could try making a soup (Tom Yam) or just serve over veggies.
I like to use the Vermacilli noodles with curries, because they’re nice and thin goes well with the curries I think, I’m not keen on the thick noodles.
