Thai green curry – make it taste better?
I’ve made some Thai Green Curry using quorn chicken (soya) and pad thai noodles, but as it is all mixed together it now tastes a little bland. What can I do to add some more taste? Is there some sort of sauce I can add the to the curry when I reheat in the microwave it tomorrow? And can I buy it at a supermarket?

Did you use curry paste? If so, you might want to add some more with a little coconut milk.
I also like having small Thai eggplant and sliced zucchini in mine (I think green veggies in green curry are great).
Be sure to save some of the coconut for the very end of cooking, since cooking tends to take away its exotic flavor.
Chillies, coconut milk and coriander should liven it up a bit. If the sauce is too thin add some cornflour.
