Paneer with green chilies recipe
Recipe ingredients
200 g. paneer, cut into small cubes
10 to 12 green chilies
3 big tomatoes, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
3 dried red chilies
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon long strips of ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Few chopped green coriander leaves
How to make paneer with green chilies
Soak the red chilies in water for few minutes and make a fine paste of them. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the cumin seeds and onions till slightly brown.
Add garlic-ginger paste, chopped ginger, red chili paste, chopped tomatoes and whole green chilies.
Fry till masala leaves the sides of the pan.
Add salt and garam masala.
Add paneer cubes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the paneer is done.
Serve.
