When i was a kid my grandma used to make this chicken curry that had apple cubes and saltanas in it. it had a savory/sweet taste and was so nice. I never got the recipe off her

toast your curry powder in a little oil, then add chicken pieces, onions carrot, celery, apples and stock, cook for 45minutes then add sultanas and thicken a little. ( the apples will become a thickener )
