Is red curry sauce with rice and veggies bad on a diet?
I am on a diet, not low carb or anything, just watching the fat intake…
I love red curry with rice but I can’t find any reliable source that will determine whether or not it is low fat. I usually get it at a nearby Thai restaurant and they don’t have nutritional facts.

A lot of Thai food uses coconut milk, which is super high in saturated fat. You can probably ask them about the ingredients they’re using. Even if you are on a diet, it’s okay to splurge every now and then, just don’t make it a regular habit.
