I have this jar of Thai Green curry sauce, but how do I use it with bone-in chicken thighs?
I think the sauce is primarily for boneless skinless chicken breasts and cutting it up in bite size pieces, then simmering with the sauce, but I have these delicious chicken thighs with the bone-in. I took the skin off of all of them. How do I use the jar of sauce to make a modified green curry dish? what would be your plan? Thanks.

I never heard of curry sauce before, I have heard of curry dry rubs for chicken, but never a curry sauce.
Curry sauce is great to mix with coconut milk. It makes it sweeter and makes the heat a little milder. You could simmer that all together. Maybe add some green peppers and onions to the whole thing and simmer it all.
