I have a friend that gave me some fresh ground, aromatic yellow curry.Does anyone have any ideas how to use it?
I absolutely love curry but am unsure of how to use it powdered. It smells far stronger than the stuff at the store, but what does that mean? Does anyone have any recipes that I could use it in, or just general uses for it? I remember having a coconut milk based sauce with one, any help would be appreciated!

Yup, you’re on the right path – coconut milk and chicken broth (2/3 to 1/3), add curry powder, sea salt, and brown sugar to taste. To make a bit of citrus kick add a teaspoon of lime juice. Since it’s stronger, just add it a bit at a time. You can always add more, but you can’t add less!
Curried vegetables w/ coconut milk
Chopped carrots, brocolli, onions, chickpeas, celery (and any other veggies you choose) add coconut milk and cook add curry to taste and serve over rice.
Curried deveiled eggs
Add curry to deviled egg mixture
