I’ve eaten at Somboon at least a dozen times and always order the curry crab but I can’t remember the price. I think around 350-400 baht is probably in the ballpark. For seven people I think at least two orders and maybe three would be good, we always order the crab fried rice to soak up the sauce. You can always order more. Somboon is a great place and now you’ve got me craving some curry crab. Here’s the website maybe they can help you more:

Although I like black peper crab more, or even steam ones. I would get one each. The crab is sold for about 1200 baht per kilo usually and one crab is a little bit more than half a kilo (for big one).
How come each time I had it at Chanpen restaurant it’s 1200 baht up just for one dish!!
Somboon cannot be cheaper. There’s a branch at Ratchada. Should go for lunch now.
