how many calories and fat is there in a chicken curry and half a naan bread?
im on a healthy eating and exercise plan for my holiday which is in 5 weeks.
tonight i will be havinga chicken curry and half a plain naan bread.
is it ok to have a teat once a week if your eating healthy and exercising? do you think it will make much difference?
ive been very good so far and ive done this before and when i had a treat it didnt ruin the rest of my health plan.

Sounds like you already answered your own question. You are eating healthy and are OK about how you look. Relax.
Depends on the chicken curry portion size and who cooks it. If you get a takeaway swimming in ghee then it could be 5 times as much as a prepackaged supermarket weight-watchers style dish.
Ok, here is the thing with food…you can eat anything you want as long as you have the proper serving and the right amount of exercise, you’ll be fine! And yes, a treat every now and then is just fine in a health plan. In fact, if you don’t have anything sweet for enough time, you will probably go crazy and when the chance comes to get some sweets, you would eat too many and ruin your health plan!….trust me, I know!
Hope I Helped!
