How do you make curry oil?
I’m trying to make curry oil to keep in the cupboard, but not sure if I need to toast the spices or how long it will keep, etc.

Get a cup of canola oil and warm it on the stove in a sauce pan 120 degrees then pull it off and add 1 tbls of curry powder and stir lightly and let sit for an hour and strain it through a coffee filter it will take awhile. jar it up enjoy should last couple of months.
