How did you get the smell of curry on/in your furniture in the first place??; what type of furniture is it?(by this i mean is it material covered furniture or no?) if its material covered just use plenty of commercial quality upholstery cleaner or maybe some home-grown remedies for upholstery cleaner. Alternatively, take your material-covered furniture to a furniture restorer and ask them for advice. It even could be the material that your furniture is covered in that smells like curry. Wooden furniture on the other hand is a entirely different matter, I believe that you would need to sand all pieces of furniture back to bare wood (if its varnished etc.) and varnish/stain it with appropriate varnish/stain checking before hand that its not the actual timber that smells like curry

I would sprinkle baking soda on the fabric, let it sit for awhile (at least an hour), and then vacuum it off.

Baking soda with lemon juice so it foams up and gets into every nook and cranny, then vacuum and wipe clean.
