How do you get good coconut taste in green curry?

I make green curry, I love it! I use the Thai Kitchen coconut milk, but it does not have the strong coconut taste you find at your local thai restraunt. I REALLY want that real nice coconut taste in my green curry! PLZZ HELP!! thx

If you stir in some coconut milk after its completely done cooking, you usually can intensify the coconut flavor. Don’t cook it anymore after you put in the last coconut milk.

I always use powdered coconut milk, cream. It is made by Maggi and you just add water so you can make it as rich as you like

Make it fresh out of newly grated coconut flesh. Add a lil warm water to it, put it in a food processor to make the coconut fine, then squeeze this through a white cotton muslin bag.

As above, pour in a lil of the milk at the end of cooking.
