How do I get the food (mostly curry) smell out?
I just moved into a new home and we bought a couch and loveseat from a couple. They smell like curry though!! We’ve tried febrezing them, and it works, but they still have a distinct odor. What is the best cure for food smells?

Baking Soda.
Sprinkle it all over the couch.
Wash the sofa covers.
Febreeze.
If that doesn’t work, you should get rid of it.
Keep on fabreezing. i think thats all i can say! =D
Use water, oil, and a lighter.
get a furniture steamer make sure it is safe on the fabric your couch is made of, the steam will lift out the smell, febreze only covers it up…
sprinkle baking soda on them & use your vacuum to remove the excess baking soda.
try setting it outside in the sun.
the sun has a natural way of getting rid of odors
i know it might look silly just putting a couch and love seat outside, but it should work.
make sure to put a mat underneath it, so it doesnt get too dirty.
Can you rent a steam cleaner and use something that works for pet smells? (since the curry is organic and pet ‘issues” are organic – any kind of enzymatic cleaner should be able to get rid of the smell)
