Help with my red curry chicken?
I am going to use curry paste, coconut milk, bamboo shoots, red pepper, zuchinni, and chicken. I’m just not sure when I should add what ingredient. Should I use chicken breast or chicken cutlets? How much past should I use for a medium flavor? Am I missing anything? Any help would be appreciated!!

I would cut up the chicken breasts into smaller bite sized pieces, and use probably a tbsp of paste, if it is too hot, then just add more milk. Put oil in pan/pot, put curry paste, stir in chicken, cook that through, then add veggies, and then add the milk last.
