Fried rice recipe


Recipe ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable ghee
1/2 small onion finely chopped
1 cup basmati rice

How to make fried rice

Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the onion until just beginning to brown.
Warm the rice and add to the pan.
Toss around in the pan for 1 minute or 2.
Serve immediately.
