I was at a festival recently and there was a vegetarian Indian food booth. I bought this one dish that I thought tasted incredible, except that it was extremely spicy and I am very sensitive to spicy foods. I would like to try to recreate it, minus the spicy. It was a vegetarian dish, and some of the ingredients I remember are puffed rice, cilantro, some kind of nut or peanut, red onions, garbanzo beans, etc. Does anyone know the name of this dish or where I could find a recipe for it? (xposted to Ethnic Cuisine)
