Favorite brand of thai red curry paste? What do you put in your gang ped?
I’ve tried Mae Ploy, but I can’t remember the brand that someone else used to make gang ped…it might’ve had 0 english words on the container. Which red curry paste is your favorite and what do you put in your gang ped? or what else can be done w/ the red paste?

I like Mae Ploy.
There is another brand in a small can with a picture of older lady on it. It’s okay, but Mae Ploy is better.
Edit… the canned red curry paste is Maesri.
