Does curry stop you sleeping well?
My friend, Audlepop, ate curry, and could not sleep that night. Everyone in her house who ate the curry had the same problem (please hold off on diarreah jokes).
Has curry been linked to sleepless nights?
Audlepop says: she did drink some milk, and she digs tha curry scene often.

I make curry all the time, but I’ve never had trouble sleeping. It might be the amount their eating.
Well, gas or an upset stomach can lead to sleeplessness, and curry has been known to cause both of those.
i am not sure maybe
Foods affect people (usually families) Differently.
I can’t drink Orange Juice before I go to sleep.
never heard of something like that,
Currys are mostly spicey or the ingredients they use to make curry are for example seasoning . they can cause these problems becuase of acidity specialy when you go straight to sleep after dinner.
To avoid this just drink glass of cold milk before going to sleep it will nuteralize every thing.
well i believe it depends on their normal diet. if they are not accustom to eating curry, it most definitely can have a direct influence on their ability to sleep. Like myself, i have a very pasta and protein type diet, don’t really eat much out of that group, but when i was in massachusetts visiting a friend, we had dinner at his neighbors, and they made some curry dish, and well, i experienced a similar situation to yours.
