google “recipe melting pot”
Nada, but mix 1/2 cup light mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon mild curry sauce, a little white vinegar and some salt and pepper, maybe a pinch of sugar for balance, and you have a nice dip.
If you warm it up, add a little milk to thin it out first.
Yogurt Curry Sauce/dip
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon curry powder
Mix together. Let the flavors marry for about 30 min to 1 hour. Enjoy.
