Do you use red bean curry to make Miso soup?
Our lovely Korean neighbor went to So. Korea a while back and brought us some red bean curry. On the package it has a recipe for Miso Soup using the curry. I was wondering if you use it for the authentic Japanese style, or some other type of Miso Soup.

Yes, No, Yes and Yes, just thought I’d confuse you a little, Korean Miso soup uses red bean curry, Japanese (authentic) soy aka or shiro miso. Let me confuse you more, think about this, “noodles” in Japan, “pasta” in Italy, same thing different cook. (A bean by any other name is just………….a bean.)
The Yes votes win!
