Do you have cooked chicken breasts in creamed curry sauce ?
I had a recipe I found in a magazine in the 80′s that I used curry for, and it called for a roux with a creamed curry mixed to cook the chicken in slowly on the stovetop. I served this dish with fresh steamed broccoli and a brown/wild rice bed. Simple, delicious peasant food. Got anything ‘formal’ in terms of a recipe? Any would be appreciated.
