It is good for your body. There are a few benefits for eating it and it shouldn’t harm you. To be sure, you should look it up on and make sure.
it helps clean out the pipes, nothing wrong with it

Curry is a blend of many different spices, and should not be bad for you unless you react to some of the ingredients. Be aware of eating curry in other parts of the world (like asia) may be a very hot experience and could cause you to get an upset stomach because you are not used to spicy food – but the curry in it self could not be said to be bad for your stomach.
Below is one of many ways to make a curry blend.
* 2 tablespoons ground coriander
* 2 tablespoons ground cumin
* 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
* 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon ground cloves
* 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients.
Stir well. Store in an airtight container.
Use to season vegetables, sauces, soups, etc.
I love curry too!!! I have heard people say though that it does have a negative effect on body odour if you eat it day and night. Personally I think it’s fabulous nothing beats a good hot, spicy curry, gets the circulation going!!!!
