I would make Curry chicken…it has a nice spicy flavorful taste
The curry really enhances and complements the taste of the pork, but what you really should make with curry, is lamb.
Chicken Curry for sure. Chicken really takes on the curry flavor. Beef is good to but doesn’t soak up the curry like chicken!
well, there are sooo many kinds of curries, but if you are using the regular yellow one, i guess i will go for the beef… yummie
and i will use noodles with it…

it is ur wish wht 2 make.i like curry chicken and moreover i never tasted beef and pork.i only only tasted chicken,meat and fish.
I think beef is the right choice with Japanese curry. Chicken 2nd. Never with pork. For me, i will put red carrot + white onion. Remember to put potatoes in, cos it can absorb the excess water and taste better. I try it before, it’s nice.

I would of said chicken – but as it’s Japanese I would say pork
