Can you recommend some receipes using curry?

I love curry but i never know what to make with it. Could you please suggest some receipes? Just no red meat or ham (yuck). And preferably something easy and healthy.

Ok here’s something easy for curry… You take all the curry.. mix it together with absolutely nothing and throw it in the garbage can… you have yourself an easy way to throw away disgusting indian food!

Go to Epicurious -. This is a terrific FREE site for recipes from Bon Appetit, Gourmet, other good food magazines. Very deep archive of recipes of ALL kinds, and easy to search with great tools for making your search ingredient-specific.

Have fun! I love curry!

I found the website below. It gives MANY different types that include curry!! Happy Cooking.

Yes. I have recipe for late dinner/supper. Its called curried supper eggs and you can find in on the net on a site called Helen’s British cooking.

Is there a particular curry you like? I’m not sure if you mean curry-spice or the generic term curry (used here in the UK for any spicy meat-in-sauce nominally coming from the sub-continental area!) Just in case it’s the latter: my favourite curry is Chicken Bhuna, but the UK’s favourite dish (and I mean all-time, not just favourite curry, but outright favourite) is Chicken Tikka Masala.

welcome to the curry club!

you could bake or broil some chicken breast then cut some grapes in half, then add red onion diced, celery, and almond slivers, cut the chicken in bite size pieces, mix together. in another bowel, add mayo and sour cream and some curry powder together. mix with other ingredients and you have curry chicken salad.

Pineapple Prawn Curry

Ingredients
400g large prawns, keep shells intact
200g half-ripe pineapple, cubed

Ground spice ingredients (combine):
1 1/2 tbsp chilli paste
1 tbsp fish curry powder
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
2cm slice galangal
1 stalk lemon grass
3/4 tsp belacan stock granules
4 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oil
1/2 a grated coconut, squeezed for thick coconut milk (add 250ml water to residue, mix and squeeze out thin coconut milk).
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp fish stock granules
1/4 tsp sugar (optional)

Method
Heat oil in a saucepan, fry ground spice ingredients until fragrant. Add pineapple cubes and thin coconut milk and bring to a boil. When the pineapples are soft add prawns and cook for two to three minutes.

Add thick coconut milk and seasoning and allow to boil for two to three more minutes, stirring to prevent curdling. Dish out and serve, garnished with mint leaves.
