Can I make curry soup with just coconut milk and curry powder?
I have curry powder and a can of coconut milk and I really want some curry. Can I make a basic curry soup with just these 2 ingredients? And if so, how much of each should I use?

You could though not the best curry in the world. Do you have onions or anything. You could chop and soften an onion, add a teaspoon of curry powder and cook for a couple of minutes, add your chopped meat if having and brown then add your coconut milk and simmer until meat cooked. For next time invest in a tub of thai curry paste (red or green) ad keep the milk in your store cupboard and you have instant curry whenever you like.
you should really have some thai fish sauce and a bit of brown sugar as well. try one and a half tablespoon curry powder to start (for thai red curry that is) and adjust up from that
