Can anyone provide me with a beef curry/stew that can be eaten with rice?
Can someone help me out with a beef curry or stew that can be eaten with rice. I usually make beef curry with coconut milk but find it too high in fat and thick. I been several places where they serve beef curry, lamb curry or chicken which has no cocnut milk in it more or less like a stew…Anyone have any ideas?

why don’t you cook yourself? you don’t have to use coconut milk to cook beef curry or something else.you just put some low fat milk other than coconut milk.when you cook yourself, you can control what you want to eat.so you will get better health.
put the beef and curry with broccoli and tomato then put it on rice
Try marinading the beef with yoghurt (it will also make meat tender if you marinade it for a few hours). Yoghurt can replace the coconut milk, and you get that tangy flavor, which adds a zing to your dish. Add masala and, minced or powdered ginger to your marinade, then add diced onions, and a bit of tomato puree when you cook it. Make sure you heat up the oil and add a few slices of garlic to the oil to add some aroma the the oil – before you add the ingredients, . Or just get the indian curry mixes (the ones in a jar) that has yoghurt instead of the coconut milk – which you can use to marinade right out of the jar.
