A mild curry recipe for a toddler that is dairy free?
I am looking for a mild curry recipe for my dairy intolerant 16 month old. He does not like creamy things (like korma) because of his intolerance but i am wanting to try him on new things.
Any recipes or ideas would be really appreciated. I’m an ok cook but don’t have a clue where to start with making a curry!

Type curry recipe into google and I’m sure you’ll come up with a million hits. You can substitute any milk for coconut milk and it’ll taste fine.
